Inspired by Graphic 45 Nutcracker Sweet collection's ballerina paper, I created this Ice Castle and two mini albums that go inside.  The smallest album is housed in the front and the larger one in the back of the castle.

My latest fun project is this Haunted Castle.  It is made entirely from black chipboard and cardstock.  The gate in front opens to reveal a spooky skeleton dressed up to go out on the town.  There is a front panel that is removable and replaceable. The back compartment opens to reveal a mini album for photos.  The whole castle is engineered to separate from the graveyard so that it may stand alone in a smaller space.
This is my Great Grandson Johnathan's 4th Birthday cake and we had the party a Chucky Cheese.
This is my Great Grandson Riley's 1st Birthday cake along with his own little cake.
Jordan's 5th Birthday cake was Optimus Prime from the Transformers. He loved it, but I can see where I would make some changes next time.

This is the forth cake that I have done in a little over three weeks.  Next I have to do a cake for my 5 year old grandson.
Mom turned 85 this year and we created a Carousel party for her.  This is the cake that I made for her.
A friends daughter wanted a zombie cake and settled for my version of Jack Skelington's Night before Christmas.
My little grandaughter turned 1 year old and I made this cake for her.
This was my first online swap.  The swap was initiated by Laura Denison  of "Follow the Paper Trail" on Ustream.  We were to make eight tags of each style and I choose three catagories, Shabby Chic, French Country and Grunge.

Garden Club Book for 2012

This is the newest book for my Mom's Garden Club.  The poem was written by my sister Dee.

Hi There, this is my latest project and it is for my Great Niece.  I was inspired by Laura Denison of Utube and Ustream fame, with her many tutorials that have taken me in this fun and exciting direction.  I also saw a piece of unfinished MDF shelf from KaiserCraft that I wanted to use but needed to make it deeper along with other changes as I wanted to be able to insert a mini album.  This castle and drawer are made from heavy chipboard and the album is a "Stack the Deck" that was created originally by Laura Denison.  Thanks for visiting!!!

Little Lucas John is our newest addition to our family.  He is my youngest sisters grandson and was born in November of 2011 and he only weighed 2lbs and 12 oz at birth.  He is doing very well and is home from the hospital now.  I made this little album as a gift for them and I hope they enjoy it.

Well we're over the Christmas holidays and on to Valentines Day and this is a mini that I made for my sister who was here visiting from SF. I intended to show her how I make a small simple album and as usual, I went a little further.  This is a "Stack the deck" album and I used the turorial from Laura of "Follow the paper Trail" on You Tube.  This is really my favorite method of making albums so far and it is so easy to make the basic book but  the embellishments and extras are another matter.  My sister says that she will be putting pictures of our Grandmother and Great Grandmothers along with other nostalgic photos in this album and I can't wait to she how she completes it.
