This is a "Stack the Deck" album that I saw on YouTube and it was done by Laura of "Follow the Paper Trail".  This is a really fun template and I will be making more before Christmas.  If you have any questions about the technique or supplies, please let me know and I will reply.  Thanks, Grace

This is Jordan's Halloween Album and was made using the tutorial from "Follow the Paper Trail" by Laura on YouTube.  I really enjoy her videos and find them easy to follow and she has a lot of variation.  This album uses the flip pages but also utilizes envelopes for a flip up action that also creates a lot of pockets that can be used for tags and/or pictures.  I always have a lot of pictures, so this type of album is a favorite of mine.

Jeremiah's 6th Birthday Cake

Jeremiah had a hard time deciding what theme he wanted for his birthday cake this year.  First he wanted Spiderman and then Angry Birds, then Transformers but at last decided on Sonic the Hedgehog, his very favorite video game.  He really liked his cake and had a lot of fun at his birthday party at Chucky Cheese.

Paper Bag Mini Album

I have been watching YouTube to learn how to make a mini paperbag, and other, albums.  My favorite was Laura, from Follow The Paper Trail and this is my first attempt using her tutorial.
P.S. my grandson really likes it!

Eiffel Tower in Paris

This cake is for my nieces' birthday.  She loves anything to do with Paris so I threw in just about everything I could think of that was French.  I didn't mean to make the cake this large but as it turned out, I had made the Eiffel Tower too large for a 6" cake and had to scale everything larger because I didn't want to remake the tower. Everything on this cake is edible, made of fondant, white chocolate bark, royal icing and buttercream, and all handmade by myself.   I had to get my nephew to come over to help me load it because I was way to heavy for me.  It was all worth it because she just loved it and that's what it's all about.  LOVE

Cake for Jacob's new son

This is the cake I made for my nephew Jacob.  He and his girlfriend are expecting a son, Ashton Jacob.

Alisha's baby shower cake for Jayde Rose.

My granddaughter, Alisha is expecting her second child, a girl and her name will be Jayde Rose. Johnathan, who is now two will have a little sister. This is the cake that I made for the shower. I looked and looked for a sleeping baby top piece, but to no avail and had to create the baby on top out of fondant. I am just starting to do more with fondant and am enjoying it.

Jay's birthday cake

This is the cake that I made for my sons birthday.  As you can tell, he is a fabulous master mechanic and loves his Harley.

My husband always complains that I make the grandchildren's cakes too big.  I told him that when they grow up they will say, "My grandma doesn't love me a little, she loves me THIS BIG".
