This cake is for my nieces' birthday. She loves anything to do with Paris so I threw in just about everything I could think of that was French. I didn't mean to make the cake this large but as it turned out, I had made the Eiffel Tower too large for a 6" cake and had to scale everything larger because I didn't want to remake the tower. Everything on this cake is edible, made of fondant, white chocolate bark, royal icing and buttercream, and all handmade by myself. I had to get my nephew to come over to help me load it because I was way to heavy for me. It was all worth it because she just loved it and that's what it's all about. LOVE
What a phenomenal cake!! I searched for Paris birthday cake and yours came up. By far the most impressive I've seen so far and a great inspiration. Thanks so much for posting your picture. Lucky niece!!
